Two New Homeowner Policies Announced

Sports/Play Equipment Enforcement Policy (June 8, 2022) - the purpose of this policy is to clarify under what circumstances basketball stands, trampolines, swing sets and similar items can be approved.

Golf Exposure Policy (July 7, 2022) - the purpose of this policy is to reconcile the restrictions that require open views to the golf course versus homeowners’ safety from the danger of damage from golf activities.
