While membership is voluntary, each owner is entitled to be a member upon making an application for membership and paying the annual dues.

Associate memberships are available to any person who is a tenant of a owner or who is an owner or tenant of one of the units located at 7020 Valley Greens Dr or 7026 Valley Greens Cir. Associate memberships do not have voting rights.

Pay by check - Download and complete the membership form. Make the check for $150.00 payable to Homeowners at Quail, Inc. Mail to: 7099 Valley Greens Cir, Carmel, CA 93923.

Pay by PayPal - Enter the property owner name and address in the form below. Click the PayPal “Buy Now” button. You will be transferred from our site to the secured PayPal site. No sensitive data is asked for or stored on our site. Upon completion of your payment, you will be returned to our site. A charge of $5.93 will be added to cover the cost of the PayPal fees.

You do not need a PayPal account. There is a PayPal Guest Checkout option available. However, if you have a PayPal account and use a credit/debit card that is registered to an account, your transaction may be rejected. In this case, PayPal wants you to login to your account.
